Blink 182 Drummer Settles Lawsuit from Deadly South Carolina Plane Crash

by Administrator 17. December 2009 03:42

Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has recently settled a lawsuit with several companies in regards to a deadly plane crash that occurred in South Carolina in 2008.  The plane crash resulted in the deaths of four individuals on the plane, and left Barker and another friend, DJ AM, with serious second and third degree injuries on their body.

The lawsuit settled claims against several companies and Mr. Barker,  and the terms of the settlement are confidential.  Another case involving DJ AM is still currently pending. DJ AM died from a drug overdose several months later, and his mother believes the plane crash contributed to his pain and anxiety which led to increased drug use shortly before his death.
