After fatal crash, man charged with DUI

A driver who caused a crash that killed two Charleston University of Charleston students over the winter holidays has been charged with two felony counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
The two students were both home for the holidays when the accident occurred. The intoxicated driver had been speeding and entered the opposite lane in an attempt to pass other cars. He then collided head-on with the car carrying the two students.
