Charleston Dental Malpractice Lawyer FAQs
I’m dissatisfied with the results of a dental procedure. Can I file a malpractice claim?
Being unhappy with the outcome of dental work does not itself merit the filing of a claim, and is not a consideration for malpractice. However, if your dissatisfaction stems from consequences of the dentist’s action or inaction, such as numbness or loss of taste, or gum disease that a dentist should have diagnosed during the course of other treatment, you may have grounds for a case.
