Malcolm Crosland is a lifelong Charleston resident and descends from a family of attorneys. He began practicing law in 1987 after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

He immediately began working in the Steinberg Law Firm's downtown Charleston office where he embraced the philosophy of giving a voice to working men and women. He now combines years of experience in civil and workers' compensation law with a passion for defending the rights of the working men and women of the South Carolina Lowcountry. From our famed downtown office, he serves clients from throughout the Lowcountry. He also volunteers his time for many causes.

Malcolm is actively involved in numerous professional and community organizations, including state and national. He is a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the Charleston County Bar Association and past Chairman of the 9th Judicial Circuit Medical-Legal Liaison Committee and President of the Association of SC Attorneys for Workers' Compensation Claimants.

He has an A/V rating with Martindale-Hubble, reflecting the highest professional and ethical rating available.

Malcolm resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife and son.
