Steven E. Goldberg

Steven E. Goldberg joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 1993, following his father into a career in law. Steven explains, "Growing up, I was impressed to see my father working hard and having clients be truly thankful for that hard work." Steven earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

A partner for over 10 years, Steven has represented people with on-the-job injuries and those involved in motor vehicle accidents. He also represents victims of nursing home abuses.

Steven maintains offices in Charleston and Summerville. He is a member of various organizations, including the Workers' Compensation Claimants Association, the American Association for Justice and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, where he served two terms as the Workers' Compensation Section Chairperson and is currently an elected member of the Board of Governors. Steven has argued Workers' Compensation cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He has also addressed his colleagues and members of the business community at seminars regarding workers' compensation issues.

Steven lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and three boys. He is a member of Synagogue Emanu-el and KKBE, serves on the board of Operation Home, and is active in community affairs.
