Steinberg Law Firm's David Pearlman Earns place in National Ranking of Best Lawyers

CHARLESTON, SC -- David T. Pearlman will be featured in the 2005-2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Through a voting process engaging leading attorneys nationwide, Pearlman was selected as one of the nation's best workers' compensation lawyers.

Pearlman joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 1976, and was named partner within two years. His practice concentrates on representing injured workers, and many of his cases have led to landmark decisions involving the rights of injured South Carolina workers. He is a graduate of George Washington University and the South Carolina School of Law.

"It is certainly an honor to be chosen by other lawyers for this distinction," said Pearlman. "It has been my honor and privilege to serve the working people of South Carolina with the Steinberg Law Firm."

In 2003, the Steinberg Law Firm was named Outstanding Law Firm of the Year by The Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers' Compensation. The firm is recognized for its work expanding and protecting the rights of injured workers. "Today's workers are confronted with new and complex hazards," Pearlman said.
