“Through the Steinberg Law Firm Book Scholarship, we are proud to support the education of students who are passionate about making a difference in their community,” said David Pearlman, an attorney with the firm. “Education is a cause that is especially close to our hearts. We, at Steinberg Law Firm, believe it is the foundation for a brighter future for everyone.”

Apply Now for the 2018 Steinberg Law Firm Book Scholarship

Steinberg Law Firm is offering a book scholarship for high school students. The scholarship is part of the personal injury law firm’s longtime commitment to children’s literacy. The scholarship will be awarded based on the strength of the essay, which must be between 350-700 words.  The essay can address any topic but the emphasis should be on how individual effort, rather than money, can make a difference. Applicants have to submit a certificate from their school confirming their eligibility to graduate next spring.

Entries will be accepted from September 1 until the deadline on November 3, 2018. Steinberg Law Firm and The Royal Foundation will announce the winners of five $500 college book scholarships at the annual Charleston Youth Summit on December 9, 2018. The scholarship checks will be presented at the students’ high school scholarship ceremony next year.
