Distracted Tow Truck Driver Rear-End Accident

Our client suffered a concussion and soft tissue injuries after being rear-ended on US-17A by a Freightliner flatbed tow truck. Wilson pushed for an inspection of the tow truck and a download of the driver’s cell phone, which showed that the driver had been on the clock longer than the hours-of-service rules allowed and was in the middle of a texting argument at the moment of the crash.
