On Monday, the driver of an ATV that crashed and severely injured a teenage girl was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 32 year old driver had marijuana, amphetamine and benzodiazepine in her blood at the time of the crash.

The 15 year old passenger is currently still paralyzed in the hospital. She is set to be transferred to a catastrophic care hospital later this week. Because of her actions, the driver is now facing a possible three years in prison and a $3,000 fine.
