Fatal Crash on SC Route 410

One person was killed in an early morning car crash in Horry County, Sunday.

According to officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the victim, a 23 year-old woman from Loris, was traveling west on South Carolina Primary Route 410 when the accident occurred. Police say the woman’s 2006 Pontiac ran off the right side of the road and overturned several times.

Horry County Deputy Coroner, Tony Hendrick, identified the victim as Lisa Norris Causey. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, Hendrick said. Causey was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Corporal Paul Brothers

A car accident can have a devastating impact on the lives of the victims and their families. Our prayers go out to Ms. Causey’s family and loved ones.
