February Employee of the Month: Zelda Rouse
Please join us in congratulating our very first Employee of the Month, Zelda Rouse!
In an effort to express our appreciation for our wonderful staff and highlight their commitment to great service, Steinberg Law Firm recently launched the Employee of the Month Program, headed by Client Relations Manager Katrena Boykin, HS-BCP.
Zelda, formerly a paralegal for David Pearlman and a natural leader, has transitioned gracefully into her new role as our Human Resources Administrator. She has been recognized by her peers for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service for clients and co-workers. Here are a few statements included in nominations from fellow staff members:
“Zelda is going above and beyond to perform not only her position as Human Resource Administrator, but also part time paralegal and overall trouble shooter. All without complaint and with an excellent and helpful attitude.”
“She is the hardest working, most dedicated person I know. She is always the one who steps up to the plate to get the job done, most times without having been asked. She is trustworthy and a confidant. She is such an encourager for all races, color and creed.”
“Her effective communication skills, professionalism, wonderful personality and helpful spirit is what I would like to base my nomination on. She is truly a great asset and a gem for the firm!”
“Zelda is really going above and beyond trying to help make the transition very smooth in the downtown office. She is a wonderful person who is always a team player and always looking out for others.“
Zelda's response to winning the award: “I am so honored and humbled to have been acknowledged as the Employee of the Month. I’m so grateful to be a part of the SLF Team. Thank you so much!”
Thank YOU for all you do, Zelda! Congratulations on your award – it is well deserved!
