Man Charged with Drunk Driving

A man in Charleston was caught driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped by a police officer for having a faulty brake light.

The man was driving a Chevy Trailblazer, and, although he was not reported as driving recklessly, his blood alcohol level was significantly over the legal limit. The man failed three sobriety tests and was immediately taken to the police station and charged with a DUI.
