Attorney Van Slambrook Named Berkeley County Bar President

GOOSE CREEK – Dale E. Van Slambrook, a partner with the Steinberg Law Firm, is the new President of the Berkeley County Bar 2010-2011. Nominated by the association’s members, his presidency was approved by the Berkeley County Bar at its annual meeting last month. As the Berkeley County Bar Association President he will continue to promote involvement and communication between the community and the members of the Bar.
Van Slambrook also currently serves as one of the municipal court judges for the City of Goose Creek. He continues to practice law full time in the Goose Creek, Monck’s Corner and Summerville communities as a member of the Steinberg Law Firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Social Security disability, personal injury and probate law. He is senior partner in the Steinberg Law Firm’s Summerville office.
Married to Darlene Van Slambrook, he is an avid marathoner and an Ironman triathlete.
The Steinberg Law Firm was established more than 80 years ago, and serves the community with offices in downtown Charleston, Goose Creek and Summerville.
