Crosland, Pearlman White Included in The Best Lawyers in America for 2014

CHARLESTON, SC — Three attorneys from the Steinberg Law Firm have once again been included in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers in America. David Pearlman, Thomas White and Malcolm Crosland Jr. have been honored in the practice area of Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants. Additionally, Malcolm Crosland Jr. has also been named the Best Lawyers’ 2014 Charleston, SC Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants “Lawyer of the Year.”

Pearlman has been a member of the South Carolina Bar for more than 37 years. He has won landmark cases before the State Appellate and Supreme courts and has been credited with victories protecting workers against some of the country’s largest corporations. He is the 2011 recipient of the Leadership in Law by Lawyers Weekly, has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America for seven consecutive years and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” for 4 years.

Having graduated in the top 10% of his class at the South Carolina School of Law in 1977, White was admitted to the SC Bar in 1978 and joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 1980. White is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the SC Bar Association, the SC Trial Lawyers Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Association.
