  • Jordyn Anderson is a Paralegal at our Summerville office. Before joining SLF, she worked as a Magistrate Court Clerk in Charleston County and as a Title & Licensing Specialist with the SCDMV. Jordyn enjoys helping people and being part of a supportive team.  

    Originally from Charlotte, NC, she was a Pastry Chef before moving to South Carolina. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and trying new foods.

  • Patti Baron

    Summerville
    Director of Marketing

    Patti Baron joined Steinberg Law Firm in 2021. As Director of Marketing, she oversees all marketing initiatives for our South Carolina locations.

    She has over 25 years of marketing experience, including working with over 600 law firm clients at a digital agency, managing a team of creatives and web professionals to launch websites, and garner first-page search engine rankings through content and SEO.

    Patti holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in Marketing and Finance. She is also a certified coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

    What she enjoys most are the people at the firm and the job itself. She says, “The people I work with are just really good people. They want to help and it shows in their kindness, compassion, and how employees and clients are treated. I really enjoy the work because there is such a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to have an immediate impact on a daily basis.”

  • Lin Bockelmann

    Goose Creek
    Administrative Assistant

    Lin comes to our Goose Creek office with experience working in personal injury law, property management, restaurant management, and as a real estate agent. She is an administrative assistant in our accounting department.

    What she likes best about working for Steinberg Law Firm is that the work environment and her coworkers are a breath of fresh air.

    In her free time, she likes to travel, hang out with her family, go to concerts, and play pickleball.

  • Melody Brown has supported Steinberg Law Firm since 2016. In 2019, she joined our Downtown Charleston office as a Legal Assistant. She brings several years of work experience and has a Bachelor’s Science Degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston.

    Helping the community through a team approach brings her great joy. By providing excellent customer service, she hopes to help reach the best solution for each client’s matter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, game nights, live music events, watching sports. She is also interested in all things décor.

  • Becky Chapin is a talented Paralegal at the Steinberg Law Firm. She first joined our Summerville Office in 2014. She attended Trident Technical College with a focus on Paralegal Studies. She brings years of dedicated experience and understands how to anticipate our clients’ needs.

  • Laura Clarke first joined Steinberg Law Firm in 2008. She has provided assistance to our legal team for several years. She attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in General Studies, a minor in Sociology, and a Business Foundation Certificate. She also attended Trident Tech College where she obtained her Paralegal Certificate.

    The reason she enjoys her job is because “…I get to work directly with clients and help the attorneys make a difference in our clients’ lives during a painful season of their life.”

    In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, spending the day at the beach, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and poochie.

  • Teka Coaxum

    Intake Specialist

    Teka Coaxum joined SLF in 2014 and has since established herself as a dedicated and versatile member of the team. With a background in legal administration and client acquisition , Teka has contributed to the firm in a wide range of capacities, including runner, receptionist, intake specialist, and administrative support.

    Her adaptability and commitment to excellence reflect SLF’s core values of service and professionalism.

    Teka finds great purpose in her work, sharing that what she enjoys most about her role is “making a difference by being a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.” Her compassion and positive attitude continue to make a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues.

  • Monica Correa has supported our diverse team since 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bilingual Interpreting for Medical and Healthcare from the College of Charleston. As a Paralegal at our Summerville Office, she anticipates the challenges each attorney and client may face. She states, “I appreciate SLF’s community outreach and volunteering opportunities for the staff.”

    Outside of the office, she enjoys working out, trying out new local restaurants, reading, and traveling.

  • Susan Dales joined the firm in 2016. She is currently a Paralegal at our Goose Creek office. She loves working in a fast-paced environment. Her main goal is to always stay focused on providing excellent legal counsel to her clients. She takes care of not only her clients but looks out for her legal team.

    She graduated from Portland Community College with an Associate’s of Applied Science. She also attended Portland State University with a focus in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

    Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her daughter at sporting events, enjoying a weekend at the beach, and spending time with her family.

  • Lacey Dalesandro is one of our most loyal and dedicated employees. She has supported our Goose Creek office team for the past 15 years. She not only brings a diverse work background but also attended the University of South Carolina with a focus on Pre-Pharmacy.

    As a Paralegal, her favorite part has been building strong connections with her clients. She states, “… every day brings something new. I also enjoy the true friendships that I have made with co-workers during the past 15.”

    When she is not working, she enjoys going to the soccer field with her husband and 3 children. All 3 of her children play soccer and her husband coaches soccer. On the rare occasion that they take a break from soccer, they love to travel to new areas.

  • Kat Danforth is a paralegal in our Goose Creek office. She has previously worked for personal injury firms and the Charleston County Public Defenders’ Office. She has long held a passion for seeking justice for those who need it and finds helping clients extremely rewarding.

    Trained in graphic design at Seminole State College, Kat enjoys crafting across multiple media. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kiddo, her kitties, and going to concerts.

  • Sonya Glass brings a strong background to Steinberg Law Firm. In 2018, she joined our Downtown Charleston team. With an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Miller-Motte Technical College, she understands the ever-changing requirements for different cases. She is a great problem solver and strives to provide the best service to her clients and team.

    When she is not working, her time is well spent with her family and friends. She also enjoys hanging out by the pool on those hot, South Carolina days.

  • Olga Gordon

    Goose Creek
    Administrative / Accountant Assistant

    Olga Gordon is an Administrative/Accountant Assistant at our Goose Creek office. She first joined the firm in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she attended Charleston Cosmetology Institute, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, and Trident Technical College. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist and Licensed Realtor.

    She enjoys helping people during their most difficult times and participating in community outreach activities. When she is not at the office, she reads the word of God, attends church services, spends time with her grandchildren and exercises regularly.

  • Glenis Mosley Haynes is currently a Paralegal at our Downtown Charleston office. She joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 2011. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English and a minor in Communications. She has also been a nationally certified paralegal since 1990.

    Glenis has a natural ability to help others. She states, “I strive to do my 100% best for the clients; therefore, I handle each and every task with extra special care and compassion to do whatever is required to work towards obtaining the best resolution for the client. I also strive to do whatever I can for SLF to help fulfill its vision and mission.”

    In her free time, she treasures spending time with her husband and family. She helps complete mission projects with her church and other community-related activities that help others.

  • Shannon Henderson first joined our Charleston Office in 2012. She brings several years of experience and understands the everyday challenges that each case brings. She currently assists Partner, David T. Pearlman.

    The types of cases she handles include car accidents, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

    She enjoys working with the people at Steinberg Law Firm and the new clients she gets to meet per case. In her spare time, she truly appreciates spending time with her family.

  • Kelli Hundley joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 2021 as a Legal Intake Specialist.

    She now works alongside an attorney to make a difference in the lives of our clients. She believes that she has “….the advantage of guiding people through all the challenges when they have been injured and making it as easy as possible for them to get better” She says, “it’s a personal reward knowing I’m going to come into work that day and help so many people!”

    When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her son and family. They like to travel and eat lots of different foods.

  • Paralegal Robin Jenkins White is highly trained and experienced. She has multiple certifications including an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Morris College, and a Master’s in Science in Management and Human Resources from Troy University. With over 17 years experience in the legal industry, Robin is a great addition to the North Charleston legal team.

    Motivated by her desire to help people and make a difference, Robin enjoys her work at Steinberg Law Firm helping injury victims. She says, “I appreciate how the firm places value on its employees, culture, and serving the community.”

    When Robin is not working, she enjoys exploring, studying history, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves Marvel and DC comics, trying new foods and experimenting with new recipes.

  • Maria Jimenez

    North Charleston
    Client Relations Manager

    Maria Jimenez is the Client Relations Manager, overseeing the intake of all new cases. She brings a range of experience in both the legal and customer service areas, including working with several law firms that focused on personal injury, immigration, and family law.  She speaks fluent Spanish.

    A graduate of Trident Technical College, Maria holds a degree in Accounting and is currently working on her paralegal certification.

    Maria says her experience at Steinberg Law Firm has been exceptional. ” I love how friendly everyone is and how welcoming. The compassion that the Attorneys and Staff have for the clients is just amazing.”

    When she is not working or attending classes, Maria loves to read, crochet, and cook big family meals. She is also a huge travel fan and enjoys cruises.

  • Megan May works in our Summerville office as a Legal Assistant. She brings years of customer service experience and has attended Trident Tech for Computer Networking.

    In her day-to-day work, what she enjoys most is helping others. Whether it’s through tasks, talking with clients, or making someone else smile on those not-so-good days, it makes her job worthwhile.

    In her free time, she loves spending time with her kids. It is her mission to do something with them every day. They share a love for swimming, exploring the outdoors, and shopping.

  • Kelly Ann Miller joined Steinberg Law Firm in 2014. She brings years of experience and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University.

    She is currently our Accounting Administrator. She is happy to work alongside, “…such talented individuals who truly care about every member of our staff and our clients. Our entire firm is very family-oriented and supportive of our local community. I thoroughly enjoy my job because it includes a variety of tasks that are both challenging and fun.   • Mary Miller is a paralegal in our Goose Creek office. She comes to the firm with years of experience in the legal industry.   • Tammy has over 23 years of working in the legal field. She is a graduate of Virginia College with an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She also holds a  Paralegal Training Certificate and a Criminal Justice Academy Certification.

    She loves working with the staff at Steinberg Law Firm and building relationships with her clients. Having been injured herself in a bad car wreck, she has compassion and understanding for injured people and their cases. 

    In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going to football games, cross-stitching, and fishing.

  • Scott brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and website development. As Marketing Manager for a national hospitality Wi-Fi technology company, he led SEO strategy, web design, and managed the company’s tradeshow presence across the country. After that, he supported several Charleston-area organizations with their marketing initiatives before transitioning into education as a digital media instructor in the Berkeley County School District. His passion for communication and creativity ultimately led him back to marketing, where he now serves as Marketing Assistant for the Steinberg Law Firm.

    Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Guitar Performance. Outside of his work at the Steinberg Law Firm, Scott stays active in the local music community as a performer with The Novatones and as a guitar instructor at The Guitar Center. A little-known fact about Scott is that he lived in Hollywood, CA.

  • Brandi Owens

    Summerville
    Administrative Assistant

    Brandi Owens brings great energy to her work and loves interacting with people. She joined Steinberg Law Firm in 2020 as a receptionist and has since been promoted to administrative assistant. Brandi ensures all guests and clients are helped in an efficient and effective manner at our Summerville location. With her diverse background, she is able to anticipate everyone’s needs.

    In her spare time, she enjoys face timing with her sons, Bryce and Zach, and her grandson Preston.

  • Evelissa Perez is a legal assistant in our Faber Place location in North Charleston. She brings many years of experience to her work, including in management, legal intake, office administration, and banking.

    She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

    For Evelissa, the best part of working at Steinberg Law Firm is being able to do meaningful work alongside a supportive and compassionate team that truly cares about helping people through some of their toughest moments.

  • Dominique is the first person to welcome visitors to our Summerville office. She comes to Steinberg Law Firm with a wealth of experience after working at several other law firms where she held a variety of positions including legal assistant and social media manager. She has also worked as a teaching assistant.

    “I feel appreciated and the work environment is incredibly friendly at Steinberg Law Firm. My coworkers have made me feel welcome, and I like being able to pursue my passions of communication, problem-solving, and organization.   • Constance Porchia joined the Steinberg Law Firm team in 2020. Her background includes several years of experience and she holds a Legal Assistant Certification from Centura College.

    She supports all of our offices in her current role as an Administrative Assistant. What she enjoys the most about work is having the ability to help others in need. She offers to help people find the resources they need to reach their goal.

  • Susan Rienzo has been a dedicated, hard-working Steinberg Law Firm member for over 30 years. She not only understands what attorneys need for their cases, but works with clients to develop the best presentation for their case.

    She holds years of experience and has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in History from Oral Roberts University. She is also a NALA certified paralegal. She has gone through rigorous training and enjoys problem solving each unique matter.

    Rachel Rivera is a Legal Intake Specialist located in our Summerville office. There, she answers calls from potential clients inquiring about their injury cases. She attended Trident Technical College where she studied science.

    Olga Rodriguez first joined the firm in 2008. She has been a supportive and dedicated Goose Creek team member as a Bilingual Legal Assistant. She has been a tremendous resource for complex matters that involve clients who know a different language.

  • Zelda M. Rouse is one of our most loyal and dedicated staff members. She has been with Steinberg Law Firm for 20 years. She is currently our Legal Administrator at our Summerville office.

  • Tara B. Rudman joined our Goose Creek team in 2019 and focuses exclusively on workers’ compensation cases. She has over 8 years of experience as a paralegal and prior to that, attended nursing school.

  • Since 2017, Linda M. Saccomagno has been a personal injury litigation Paralegal. She currently assists Benjamin W. Akery with personal injury matters.

    She brings years of work experience and holds a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Marshall University. What she enjoys most is caring for each of her clients. She also appreciates the family atmosphere at Steinberg Law Firm.

  • Tatum Shepard is a legal assistant based in our Goose Creek office. She attended the College of Charleston and holds a degree in communications and journalism. She put both skills to work during her time at the nonprofit Charleston radio station, OHM Radio 96.3, where she did marketing, fundraising, worked the soundboard ,and even had her own radio show!

    Working at the Steinberg Law Firm, she has most enjoyed her coworkers, who she has found to be dedicated to helping clients.

  • Lacy Sidbury joined Steinberg Law Firm in 2003. He attended Trident Tech where he focused on Arts and Information Technology. He not only brings years of experience but is also a collaborative worker. He keeps the firm running and up to date on best practices.

  • Winnie Snider is currently a trusted paralegal at our Downtown Charleston office. She has been with Steinberg Law Firm for over 5 years. She enjoys helping clients with their specific needs and anticipates the process for each matter.

    She brings several years of experience and graduated from Trident Technical College with a certificate as a Medical Assistant and Nursing Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching “How-To” videos online.

  • Donna comes to the firm with a wealth of experience. She has both a paralegal degree and a criminal justice degree. Previously she has worked in the solicitor’s office, another personal injury law firm, and the court system.

  • Melanni started with the firm as the receptionist in our Goose Creek office, greeting visitors and answering client calls. She has recently moved into our call center as an Intake Specialist. She enjoys meeting new clients and current clients, making them feel reassured and cared for, exemplifying the firm’s goal of treating them like family.

    Melanni has experience in legal work, including immigration. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Administration from Colorado Tech University. In her free time, she spends quality time with her family exploring new places and going on runs with friends. Her favorite pastime is baking and learning new recipes.

  • Cristal Toledo is our Goose Creek office receptionist. She has experience working in a law firm setting, including in immigration and criminal defense firms.

    Meeting and talking with new people every day, plus working with her coworkers, are the favorite parts of her job.

    When she isn’t greeting clients and answering the phones, you can find Cristal reading, binge-watching shows, running, spending time with her family, and in nature, including fishing.

  • Chris Young joined the firm in 2023 as a Legal Courier. Previously he enjoyed a career as a dental technician.  He has an associate’s degree in Biblical Studies and is also a Certified Dental Technician. He can be found at any of our three offices, bringing his friendly smile with him as he keeps things moving.  What he enjoys most about his job is how friendly and kind the staff is at SLF!
