Steinberg Law Firm to Participate in 15th Annual Race for The ARK in Summerville
The Steinberg Law Firm is excited to announce that several members of our staff will be participating in the 15th Annual Thrivent Financial Race for The ARK in Summerville on August 23rd! The 5K and 1-mile Fun Run, which starts and ends at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church on Central Avenue, is put on by The ARK Alzheimer’s Family Support Services every year in an effort to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease. Steinberg Law Firm has been a supportive sponsor for many years, and will have 10 staff members running and walking the 5K course this year, including attorneys Catherine D. Meehan and Dale Van Slambrook. We are thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful event, and hope for the best turnout yet!
The ARK provides families who have been affected by Alzheimer’s disease with hope, relief, and support. They have many helpful programs for victims of the disease, and strive to “preserve dignity, respect individual self worth, and help people with memory problems continue to be a part of their community.” They offer education and support for caregivers and families of those affected by Alzheimer’s.
