Recently, Congress passed the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, which paves the way for those exposed to toxic tap water at Camp Lejeune to seek compensation.
The Act applies to individuals exposed to tap water at the Marine Corps Base in North Carolina between 1953 and 1987 and who have suffered serious health issues or death as a result. - Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
- Neurobehavioral effect
- Parkinson’s disease
- Renal toxicity
